Refund policy

Shopping should feel good from start to finish. If something is not right with your order, we will make it right — quickly, fairly, and without the runaround. Please read through before placing your order.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Please do not send anything back without contacting us first — returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. To be eligible, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused with all original tags attached and returned in its original packaging. A valid proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return

Starting a return with Radiyn is straightforward:

• Submit your return to the Return Centre with your order number and reason for return
• Attach clear photos if your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — our team will need these to review your request
• Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with a decision
• Once approved, a prepaid return shipping label will be sent directly to your email address
• Pack your item securely in its original packaging and drop it off at your nearest carrier location
• Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed promptly

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If something is not right, submit a return reqest within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will respond promptly and resolve it with a replacement or full refund — and we cover all return shipping costs in these cases. You will not pay a penny.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items only, subject to product availability. If you would like a different size or style, simply return your original item for a refund and place a new order. Delivery times for replacements may vary by location.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome by email. If approved:

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
• Your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

No Restocking Fees

Radiyn does not charge restocking fees on any eligible return. What you see is what you get — no hidden charges, no deductions, no surprises.

Discounts & Promotions

Discount codes and promotional offers must be applied at checkout and cannot be added after an order has been placed. Orders where a code was not applied at checkout are not eligible for a retroactive price adjustment or refund of the discount value.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

• Final sale and clearance items
• Gift cards
• Downloadable or digital products
• Items marked as non-returnable in the product description
