How long does delivery take? 1–2 business days processing plus 6–8 business days shipping. Total estimated delivery is 7–10 business days from the date of purchase.
How much does shipping cost? A flat rate of $9.90 on all orders. No hidden fees and no surprises at checkout.
What is the order cut-off time? 10:00 PM CST on business days. Weekend and after-hours orders are processed the next working day.
Do you ship internationally? No — US domestic addresses only.
Which carriers do you use? FedEx, USPS, UPS, DHL, and other reliable local courier services, depending on your location.
How do I track my order? A tracking number and link will be emailed once your order ships. Tracking activates within 1–2 business days of dispatch. If anything looks off, contact us at info@radiyn.shop.
My order is delayed — what do I do? Reach out at info@radiyn.shop, and our team will look into it immediately.
How long do I have to return an item? 30 days from the date of delivery.
How do I start a return? Visit the Return Centre with your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect. Once approved, a prepaid return shipping label will be sent to your email.
Are there any restocking fees? No — Radiyn does not charge any restocking fees on eligible returns.
What condition must my item be in? Unworn, unwashed, and unused with all original tags attached, in original packaging, and with valid proof of purchase.
What items cannot be returned? Final sale and clearance items, gift cards, downloadable or digital products, and items marked as non-returnable in the product description.
My item arrived damaged or incorrect — what do I do? Visit the Return Centre within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos. We will resolve it with a replacement or full refund and cover all return shipping costs.
When will I get my refund? Within 5–7 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return to your original payment method.
Are original shipping charges refunded? No — original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Do you offer exchanges? Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are only subject to product availability. For a different size or style, return your item for a refund and place a new order.
